The West African Science Service Centre on Climate Change and Adapted Land Use (WASCAL) is looking for an individual or a corporate consultant to train WASCAL staff in writing winning project proposals/grant management skills. The training will be held at the WASCAL Competence Centre in Ouagadougou, Burkina-Faso for a maximum number of 20 persons. The interested consultant should have a track record of writing winning project proposals.
