We are excited to invite stakeholders from diverse climate-related organizations to become valued and active members of the West Africa Regional Hub (WA Hub) of the Independent Global Stocktake (iGST).

The West Africa Regional Hub of the Independent Global Stocktake (iGST) is an initiative aimed at fostering collaboration and empowering civil society organizations, NGOs, youth, and female associations, etc. on Climate Change-related issues at subnational, national, regional, and global levels towards making inputs to the Global Stocktake (GST) process and for supporting the realization of the outcomes of the process locally in line with national and regional development priorities across the West African region.

The iGST Regional Hub serves as a centralized platform for knowledge sharing, resource mobilization, and collective action to amplify our impact and promote sustainable development. Eligible members for the WA Hub must be civil society organizations operating in one of the 15 ECOWAS countries and working in Climate Change domain areas covering environment, women, gender, youth, agriculture, business and industry, indigenous people, research, labour, and trade.
