PROCUREMENT NOTICE: ACQUISITION OF SOLAR PV SYSTEM | DEADLINE 31.12.2020

As part of the Hybrid Waste-to-Energy, a sustainable solution for Ghana Project with funding from the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment Science and Technology Innovation, the University of Rostock and its partners are pleased to use part of their grant to finance the procurement, installation and testing of a 200 kW grid tied solar PV system with the following accessories.

  1. Battery storage of about 80 kWh
  2. Inverter 20 kW
  3. Streetlight 2 kW
  4. 630 kVA Transformer (must be ECG approved)
  5. Wireless network
  6. CCTV camera.

Panels will be mounted directly on the metal trusses of structures in Gyankobaa in the Atwima Nwabiagya Municipal Assembly. A conduit to trap rain and condensate water beneath the panels is needed.
