PROCUREMENT NOTICE: HYBRID WASTE TO ERNERGY – DEADLINE 08.10.2021

The University of Rostock (UR) wishes to apply a portion of its budgetary allocation under the waste to energy as a sustainable solution for Ghana project to procure the following equipment according to the lots Below for its pilot waste to energy power plant at Gyankobaa in the Ashanti Region of Ghana;

Lot 1.

  1. Plastic waste crusher machines with a capacity of 6 tons/day for rigid and film plastics waste separately with an integrated single washing and drying device.

Lot 2

  1. A plastic extruder complete system with an integrated cooling and cutting system with a capacity of about 5 tons/day.
  2. A storage tank having a capacity to store about 50 tons/day of plastic pellets.

Lot 3

  1. A refuse derived fuel (RDF) pelleting machine with a capacity of about 5 tons/day.

Credible, registered companies in Ghana are invited to submit bids for separate lots or can also bid for all the lots for the supply, installation, and commissioning of the equipment. Please include in your bid documents containing all relevant information such as company registration, tax identification numbers/tax clearance certificate and any other document of importance. Also include warranty statement, work schedule/plan and references of three projects executed in the last 2 years.  Companies can also submit bids for used but functional equipment in good shape with a warranty of not less than 2 years.
