MRS. HARRIET APOLEY BAFFOE

Senior Administrative Manager

Harriet Apoley Baffoe is a Project Management Specialist.  She holds a master’s degree in project management from the Graduate school of Paris and two bachelor’s degrees: one in Business Administration and the other in Bachelor of Laws from Green Hills College, Ghana Institute of Management Studies and Wisconsin University College respectively.

She has over 25 years work experience in administration with various international organizations across the West African Sub region. 

Harriet Baffoe joined WASCAL in April 2014 as an office Manager and Secretary to the WASCAL Governing Board. She served in this position for four years and rose through the ranks to her current position as Senior Administrative Manager. In her current position, she streamlined the organization administration processes by redesigning all administrative related forms and processes, she was instrumental in advocating for the establishment of the WASCAL Shared Point where both internal and external stakeholders could easily access non classified WASCAL working documents thereby reducing the use of paper to reflect the main core objective of WASCAL.

Harriet A. Baffoe is a good communicator and event planner, she speaks and write fluent English and French and speaks Eight other dialects of the West African Sub-Region.
